The Tasleem-Mubarak Foundation provides spiritual and CBT informed support. While the methods used are informed by cognitive science and neuroscience, the foundation is not a medical clinic. The foundation does not provide psychiatric prescriptions or medical diagnoses. These services are intended to complement and not replace professional medical or clinical advice.
Privacy is both a religious and a legal mandate within this foundation.
Privacy First Manual Records: To ensure the highest level of security for the personal journey of every client, the foundation does not maintain a permanent digital database of session notes or student progress. All professional records are kept in secure and physical logs. This ensures that no digital footprint of private discussions exists on cloud servers where it could be vulnerable to breaches.
Data Minimization: The foundation only collects the minimum amount of digital information required to facilitate sessions and manage accounts. Once a course or consultation period is finished, digital correspondence is cleared to protect privacy.
GDPR Commitment: The foundation operates in strict accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). This includes the principles of transparency and absolute confidentiality.
ICO Alignment: The foundation is currently aligning its digital infrastructure with ICO standards and will implement formal registration as the organization scales.
Professional Ethics: The foundation adheres to a strict code of conduct regarding the Alim to student and Consultant to client relationship. This ensures a boundary heavy and professional experience at all times.
The foundation operates on a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Because slots are highly limited to maintain the quality of care, any session cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be billed at the full rate. Punctuality is expected to respect the sanctity of the knowledge being shared.
